L’appartamento si trova al piano terra , ed e’ stato da poco ristrutturato , la sua caratteristica principale e’ la magnifica corte privata dove potrete far colazione o cenare , rilassandovi all’aria aperta . L’appartamento si sviluppa su due piani (piano terra , e primo piano) e’ composto da una camera matrimoniale una camera con due letti singoli , un divano letto nel soggiorno , due bagni uno con doccia l’altro con il solo wc ma molto comodo (piano terra) . Sono disponibili forno , micro onde , bollitore , aria condizionata , asciugacapelli , la cucina e’ molto ben attrezzata .

E’ SITUATO A POCHI PASSI DALLE ZATTERE E DA SANTA MARGHERITA , VICINO ALLA CHIESA DEI CARMINI E POCO DISTANTE DALLO SQUERO DI SAN TROVASO DOVE ANCORA OGGI SI COSTRUISCONO LE GONDOLE VENEZIANE . LA ZONA E’ TIPICAMENTE VENEZIANA LONTANA DA NUMEREVOLI FLUSSI TURISTICI , QUI LA QUIETE E L’ATMOSFERA E’ QUELLA TIPICA DI UNA VENEZIA ANTICA .

Guardian's Court The apartment was great, the beds were comfortable, the hot water didn't run out, the heating was toasty, the dishes were adequate, the location was cool, the picture books were pretty, we met our rendez-vous easily on the first day, and so on. Suggestions: The stairs need to be finished along their edges; A few more maps of the city could be provided; Some soap could be provided; The master bedroom light switch didn't do anything; At least one burner on the stove didn't work; Provide the actual address with the initial post-booking contact so we can find the place's location on the internet beforehand; Provide some basic speakers for us to plug our mp3 players into. These are minor little improvements, and didn't affect our enjoyment of the apartment. It was a great home for our stay in Venice. Thanks. |

A great apartment for the five of us that stayed, easy to find and close to restaurants and a super market. Very clean and contained everything we needed. We were met off the water bus and guided to the apartment and given some great tips for the local area, really made the holiday very easy. |
