L’appartamento e’ appena stato ristrutturato in stile moderno con rifiniture di prestigio. E’ estremamente luminoso e confortevole. E’ stato pensato perchè nulla possa mancare ai nostri clienti durante il loro soggiorno . Ha una superficie di Mq 60 e’ composto da camera con due letti singoli , soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, cucina ben equipaggiata, bagno con doccia, aria condizionata , tv satellitare Lcd, lettino per bambini, lavatrice, riscaldamento autonomo . Asciugamani, lenzuola, lettino bambini , riscaldamento , condizionamento pulizie finali sono comprese nel prezzo esposto.

POTREMMO DIRE CHE L’APPARTAMENTO “GRECALE” ,DA QUANTO E’ VICINO, SI TROVA PRATICAMENTE IN PIAZZA SAN MARCO. E’ POSIZIONATO IN UNA PRESTIGIOSA PALAZZINA DEL 1500, SOPRA LE PIU’ NOTE BOUTIQUE DELLA CITTA’. SI TROVA DIETRO LA TORRE DELL’OROLOGIO ZONA DI COLLEGAMENTO TRA LE MERCERIE E LA MERAVIGLIOSA PIAZZA VENEZIANA . QUI SIAMO NEL CUORE DELLA CITTA’ DA DOVE E’ POSSIBILE RAGGIUNGERE LE PRINCIPALI ATTRAZIONI E SERVIZI’: IL MERCATO , I RISTORANTI , IL SUPERMERCATO SONO PRATICAMENTE SOTTO LA VOSTRA CASA VACANZE . |

| Hello,
The appartment was very good, in the center, calm, just one thing: I would have appreciate one or two little furnitures more to put little things, in the bathroom and in the living-room. But I recommend to everyone the solution of the appartment and will give your address to everybody. I'm still dreaming about Venice and will not wait twenty years to return.

| Hello, it was a very pleasant stay at the appartment Grecale,and also the booking with your agency was quick and easy. And you didn't promise too much in the description. It IS high quality and standard. I really appreciated the distinguished, so well done new interior design "con stile", the good working heating and that it is so close to St. Marc's square. I only have little suggestions concerning small details. I missed something like a hook at the entrance to hang on my wet coat or a small board within the shower for the soap. If the appartment will be used by more people, a bigger coffeemaker or an additional chair, board or wardrobe in the sleeping room would be useful.And the light in the living room is not sufficient for reading on the sofa at night. But I will repeat what I wrote to Mrs. Serena shortly after I had come home: Whenever I'll come back to Venice and need a One-bedroom appartment I'll ask if this one will be available. And even the price is rather interesting even if you stay there alone. So I send you my kind regards till next time Karin Nonnenmacher |

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice and found this apartment ideal in lots of ways! It was very close to Piazza San Marco, but still quiet. For first time visitors to Venice it is very easy to get lost, so this apartment is ideally located while you are getting your bearings! It was very spacious, comfortable , clean and nicely furnished. The heating and shower worked very well and overall we had no problems. Serena who showed us to the apartment was friendly and helpful.I would have no problem recommending this apartment to anyone and would go back again!! A thoroughly enjoyable experience!
