L’appartement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, et a été depuis peu restructuré. Sa principale caractéristique est sa magnifique cour privée où vous pourrez déjeuner ou diner en vous relaxant au grand air. L’appartement s’étend sur deux étages (rez-de-chaussée, premier étage). Il est composé d’une chambre matrimoniale, une chambre avec deux lits individuels, un canapé-lit dans le séjour, deux salle de bain, une avec une douche, et l’autre avec seulement le WC mais très confortable (rez-de-chaussée). Un four, un four à micro-ondes, bouilloire, climatiseur, sèche-cheveux, et une cuisine très bien équipée sont mis à votre disposition.

IL EST SITUE A QUELQUES PAS DE LA ZONE D’EMBARQUEMENT ET DE SANTA MARGHERITA, A COTE DE L’EGLISE DEI CARMINI ET PAS TRES LOIN DU SQUERO DE SAN TROVASO OU ENCORE AUJOURD’HUI SE CONSTRUISENT LES GONDOLES VENITIENNES. LA ZONE EST TYPIQUEMENT VENITIENNE LOIN DU FLUX TOURISTIQUE, ICI LA QUIETUDE ET L’ATMOSPHERE SONT CELLES TYPIQUES D’UNE VENISE ANTIQUE. |

Guardian's Court The apartment was great, the beds were comfortable, the hot water didn't run out, the heating was toasty, the dishes were adequate, the location was cool, the picture books were pretty, we met our rendez-vous easily on the first day, and so on. Suggestions: The stairs need to be finished along their edges; A few more maps of the city could be provided; Some soap could be provided; The master bedroom light switch didn't do anything; At least one burner on the stove didn't work; Provide the actual address with the initial post-booking contact so we can find the place's location on the internet beforehand; Provide some basic speakers for us to plug our mp3 players into. These are minor little improvements, and didn't affect our enjoyment of the apartment. It was a great home for our stay in Venice. Thanks. |

A great apartment for the five of us that stayed, easy to find and close to restaurants and a super market. Very clean and contained everything we needed. We were met off the water bus and guided to the apartment and given some great tips for the local area, really made the holiday very easy. |
