Ca' Martino is a bright, sun lit, and large apartment, that has been completely remodeled and furnished with the utmost care. It has all the creature comforts you'll need: air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, safe, and a washing machine. The living room has a full kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave oven, and an electric boiler; a sofa bed for two, and a large balcony overlooking Venice's streets.
The master bedroom has been furnished in the traditional Venetian style, giving it the feeling of a true house of this city. There is also the possibility to add another bed for children. There is also a large bathroom with a shower, completely tessellated in mosaic tiles.

Ca' Martino is located in one of the most prestigious and lively areas in Venice, in the San Polo quarter, just steps away from the Rialto marketplace, where art and history blend together with the simplicity of daily life. Neighboring Canal Grande, in less than ten minutes of walking you can reach some of the most important historical sites of the city: on one side Saint Mark's Square and on the other the San Rocco School, the Basilica of the Frari, the Museum of Modern Art of Ca' Pesaro, as well as the famous Campo San Polo, where important events are held during Carnival and the summer film festival held by the City of Venice together with the Cinema-biennial. |

Verdaderamente un apartamento Excepcional el Ca'Martino. Todo lo que muestran en sus fotos del mismo es realmente menos de lo que uno vive en su estancia. El Departamento está muy bien arreglado, todo funciona bien, tiene todo lo que se necesita para habitarlo inmediatamente y algo importantísimo, tanto Irene como Giorgio nos han tratado excelentemente en todo el proceso de selección y arrivo, estancia, pago, etc. Al dueño del Departamento, Nuestras FELICITACIONES; tiene un departamente excelentemente ubicado, muy bien arreglado, y solo debe cuidar que los proximos huéspedes lo mantengan igual. Para Mi Familia y para mi, Bianco Holidays nos ha dado una atención más alla de la esperada, ya que todo se hace por Internet. MUY, pero MUY Recomendable!! MUCHAS GRACIAS. Alberto Ojeda |
