Ha sido pensado para que nada pueda faltar a nuestros clientes durante su estancia. Tiene una superficie de 60 Mq y se compone de una habitación con dos camas individuales, sala de estar con sofá-cama, cocina bien equipada, baño con ducha, aire acondicionado, tv satelital lcd, camita para niños, lavadora, calefacción autónoma. Toallas, sábanas, camita para niños, calefacción, aire acondicionado y limpiezas finales están comprendidos en el precio expuesto.

PODRÍAMOS DECIR QUE EL APARTAMENTO “GRECALE”, DE TAN CERCA QUE ESTÁ, SE ENCUENTRA PRACTICAMENTE EN LA PLAZA SAN MARCO. ESTÁ POSICIONADO EN UN PRESTIGIOSO EDIFICIO DEL 1500, ENCIMA DE LAS MÁS NOTORIAS BOUTIQUES DE LA CIUDAD. SE ENCUENTRA DETRÁS DE LA TORRE DEL RELOJ, ZONA DE CONEXIÓN ENTRE LAS MERCERÍAS Y LA MARAVILLOSA PLAZA VENECIANA. AQUÍ ESTAMOS, EN EL CORAZÓN DE LA CIUDAD, DESDE DONDE SE PUEDEN ALCANZAR LAS PRINCIPALES ATRACCIONES Y SERVICIOS: EL MERCADO, LOS RESTAURANTES, EL SUPERMERCADO; ESTÁN PRACTICAMENTE BAJO VUESTRA CASA DE VACACIONES. |

| Hello,
The appartment was very good, in the center, calm, just one thing: I would have appreciate one or two little furnitures more to put little things, in the bathroom and in the living-room. But I recommend to everyone the solution of the appartment and will give your address to everybody. I'm still dreaming about Venice and will not wait twenty years to return.

| Hello, it was a very pleasant stay at the appartment Grecale,and also the booking with your agency was quick and easy. And you didn't promise too much in the description. It IS high quality and standard. I really appreciated the distinguished, so well done new interior design "con stile", the good working heating and that it is so close to St. Marc's square. I only have little suggestions concerning small details. I missed something like a hook at the entrance to hang on my wet coat or a small board within the shower for the soap. If the appartment will be used by more people, a bigger coffeemaker or an additional chair, board or wardrobe in the sleeping room would be useful.And the light in the living room is not sufficient for reading on the sofa at night. But I will repeat what I wrote to Mrs. Serena shortly after I had come home: Whenever I'll come back to Venice and need a One-bedroom appartment I'll ask if this one will be available. And even the price is rather interesting even if you stay there alone. So I send you my kind regards till next time Karin Nonnenmacher |

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice and found this apartment ideal in lots of ways! It was very close to Piazza San Marco, but still quiet. For first time visitors to Venice it is very easy to get lost, so this apartment is ideally located while you are getting your bearings! It was very spacious, comfortable , clean and nicely furnished. The heating and shower worked very well and overall we had no problems. Serena who showed us to the apartment was friendly and helpful.I would have no problem recommending this apartment to anyone and would go back again!! A thoroughly enjoyable experience!
