The accommodation rate is it per person?
The price is related to the apartment per night.
Why so convenient?
The apartments you see on our website are advertised directly from the landlords of the property. Bianco Holidays manage the property but the proprietors fix the price.
Is the apartment secure?
Bianco Holidays only selects apartments that are in secure areas and we require that the landlords maintain the property to the high standards, every holiday home and tourist is insured by the our insurance company. Venice on the other hand is quite safe and secure.
What if our train/plane arrives late?
Check-in is guaranteed till 1:30 am, we implore you to phone and inform us of your arrival.
Are Pets allowed?
Pets are only allowed in allocated apartments, please inform us beforehand.
In our family/group, there is a disabled person?
We always advise our guests that they should stay on the ground floor, please inform us of such particulars in writing, so we can prepare for your arrival.
Are there any surplus charges?
The rates displayed on the website include; air-conditioning, heating, after 20:00 an accompanied charge of (€35,00) will be imposed and €55,00 for after midnight.
How do we retrieve the keys?
When you book, you will receive from our reservations office a confirmation voucher with your name and the person assigned to meet you in Venice who will contact you 15 days prior to your arrival. You will be accompanied to your apartment to collect the keys and to pay the sum of the outstanding balance. Please feel free to make as many inquiries as possible.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Our kitchens are equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, mugs, glasses, plates and cutlery, we do not serve breakfast.
