The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean and spacious, and also homely. Perfect location for exploring. The balcony a bonus. Just one minor point - the sharp bend on the stairs can be a bit challenging. For safety reasons guests should be advised to leave hall light on. Labelling of the many switches would facilitate this.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend from 4/4 to 7/4/08 at the Ca Pitter in Venice! The apartment was even better than we expected from the pictures we saw on the Internet. It was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable and we loved the location, close enough to the attractions, but still away from the tourist hordes and in among the locals to experience a little bit of Venetian life. Our hostess, Irene, met us at the Rialto Vaporetto stop at the appointed time and took us straight to the apartment and was very helpful to us. We hope to be able to book this same apartment the next time we are in Venice and will happily recommend your service to all of our friends. Sincerely, Charles Brewer
