THE ‘’BAJMON’’ APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN THE SESTIERE DI SAN PAOLO - A LIVELY AND AUTHENTIC AREA OF VENICE, WITH IT´S LARGE WINDOWS FACING THE ´'RIO SAN AGOSTIN '´ CANAL. THE AREA IS ILLUMINATED ALL DAY LONG BY THE SUN, IT’S A LIVING ROOM, WITH ITS TYPICAL VENETIAN RESTAURANTS, JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY FROM THE WONDERFUL CAMPO SAN GIACOMO DALL’ORIO WITH ITS CHARACTERISTIC CAFES. WALKING FROM HERE WITHOUT EVEN NOTICING YOU CROSS A VENICE DIFFICULT TO DISCOVER IF YOU DON’T LIVE IN THIS AREA OF VENICE. THE VAPORETTI (WATER BUSES) ARE NOT FAR AT ALL. |

Hello
We had a lovely stay at Bajmon apartment. It was very well located and extremely spacious. We liked it very much. The only things I would suggest is that a teapot and a kettle in the kitchen would help us Brits (and Americans too I suspect) and on the website you say DVD player so my kids brought films to watch but I think you meant CD player (music only) which Claudio kindly provided when we asked about it.

We had a great time in Venice but we had a couple of comments about the apartment. A map of the area in the apartment and information on local restaurants and, especially, supermarkets would have been helpful (the closest one seems to be the Co-op in Campo San Giacomo Dal orio). As the last reviewer wrote, we were also expecting a DVD player especially since there was no English-language TV channels. Also, if you want the guests to remove the trash from the apartment, you should provide the recycling bags that the city mandates. Our most serious complaints, however, stem from arrangements we thought we made before we arrived. We had e-mailed you abou the feather allergies that we have and had received assurances from you before we arrived that it would be addressed. On our arrival, ALL of the beds had down feather comforters. We immediately removed the blankets from the beds but, of course, our allergies started acting up. To make matters worse, while we had reserved a three bedroom apartment, the trhird bedroom was locked and not available to us. As a result, I had to sleep on the (very uncomfrtable) sofa in the TV room becuse of my constant coughing. We asked Claudio on our arrival why we were not given the third bedroom and he replied that, because we were only a family of four, we didn't need it. We told him that if we had wanted a two bedroom apartment, it would have been much cheaper to reserve a two-bedroom apartment. There was no mention on the website or on our confirmation that we would only be getting, or paying for, two bedrooms. Claudio told us that he would speak to the manager and open up the third bedroom th following day but no one came over the four days that we were in Venice. We don't understand how you can advertise a three bedrooom apartment and then lock the third bedroom. |

| We had a wonderful weekend in Bajmon apartment in Venice. Its very spacious and very central. We did however have to ask for duvet covers as the beds had an undersheet and oversheet with duvet (no cover) on top. However new duvet covers were dropped off to us a few hours later. We were absolutely delighted with everything. |

Stayed in April 2008. A great location - real Venice, with lots happening on the canal to watch out the window. Helpful local shops, and lovely quiet back streets and campos. Can easily walk in all directions, and quick to many Vaporetti stops (S Stae, S Toma, S Silvestro). Apartment itself very spacious. Slightly dated, but has its own charm. Now has DVD player. Would prefer complete duvet covers to sheets. Claudio very helpful all round. The Phillips Family, Wells, England |
