The apartment has just been restored in a modern style with prestigious finishing touches. It is incredibly luminous and comfortable. It was planned with the intent that our clients lack nothing during their stay. It is 60 square meters and is made up of a bedroom with two single beds, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, children’s bed, washer and autonomous heat. Towels, sheets, children’s bed, heat, air conditioning and final cleaning are included in the stated price.

WE COULD SAY THAT THE “GRECALE” APARTMENT, FOR ITS PROXIMITY, IS PRACTICALLY IN PIAZZA SAN MARCO. IT’S SITUATED IN A PRESTIGIOUS MANSION OF THE 1500S, ABOVE THE CITY’S MOST NOTED BOUTIQUES. IT IS JUST BEHIND LA TORRE DELL’OROLOGIO (THE CLOCK TOWER) ALONG THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE NOTIONS DISTRICT AND THE WONDERFUL VENITIAN PIAZZA. HERE WE ARE IN THE HEART OF THE CITY, FROM WHERE IT IS POSSIBLE TO REACH THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS AND SERVICES: THE MARKET, RESTAURANTS AND THE SUPERMARKET – ARE PRACTICALLY AT THE FEET OF YOUR VACATION HOUSE. |

| Hello,
The appartment was very good, in the center, calm, just one thing: I would have appreciate one or two little furnitures more to put little things, in the bathroom and in the living-room. But I recommend to everyone the solution of the appartment and will give your address to everybody. I'm still dreaming about Venice and will not wait twenty years to return.

| Hello, it was a very pleasant stay at the appartment Grecale,and also the booking with your agency was quick and easy. And you didn't promise too much in the description. It IS high quality and standard. I really appreciated the distinguished, so well done new interior design "con stile", the good working heating and that it is so close to St. Marc's square. I only have little suggestions concerning small details. I missed something like a hook at the entrance to hang on my wet coat or a small board within the shower for the soap. If the appartment will be used by more people, a bigger coffeemaker or an additional chair, board or wardrobe in the sleeping room would be useful.And the light in the living room is not sufficient for reading on the sofa at night. But I will repeat what I wrote to Mrs. Serena shortly after I had come home: Whenever I'll come back to Venice and need a One-bedroom appartment I'll ask if this one will be available. And even the price is rather interesting even if you stay there alone. So I send you my kind regards till next time Karin Nonnenmacher |

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice and found this apartment ideal in lots of ways! It was very close to Piazza San Marco, but still quiet. For first time visitors to Venice it is very easy to get lost, so this apartment is ideally located while you are getting your bearings! It was very spacious, comfortable , clean and nicely furnished. The heating and shower worked very well and overall we had no problems. Serena who showed us to the apartment was friendly and helpful.I would have no problem recommending this apartment to anyone and would go back again!! A thoroughly enjoyable experience!
