Guardian's Court 

The apartment was great, the beds were comfortable, the hot water didn't run out, the heating was toasty, the dishes were adequate, the location was cool, the picture books were pretty, we met our rendez-vous easily on the first day, and so on.

Suggestions: The stairs need to be finished along their edges; A few more maps of the city could be provided; Some soap could be provided; The master bedroom light switch didn't do anything; At least one burner on the stove didn't work; Provide the actual address with the initial post-booking contact so we can find the place's location on the internet beforehand; Provide some basic speakers for us to plug our mp3 players into.

These are minor little improvements, and didn't affect our enjoyment of the apartment.  It was a great home for our stay in Venice.  Thanks.

A great apartment for the five of us that stayed, easy to find and close to restaurants and a super market.

Very clean and contained everything we needed. We were met off the water bus and guided to the apartment and given some great tips for the local area, really made the holiday very easy.
