Confirmation of your reservation will come by mail and will include all the directions needed to reach your flat. Here you will be welcomed by either the owner or flat agent.
This reception service is included in the room rate until 8 pm, from 8 pm to midnight a € 20,00 surcharge will apply.
There is no such service after midnight, unless otherwise agreed to with the owner or flat agent at an additional charge of € 50,00.
