Residenza San Marco is located in a privileged position: the most famous museums of Venice, as well as the most interesting historical, artistic, entertainment and shopping sites are all situated within short walking distance: calle XXII Marzo, with its prestigious Italian designer boutiques, the Art Galleries of the Accademia, Palazzo Grassi , the Peggy Guggenheim museum, the Fenice Theatre, just to mention some. The apartment is situated between campo San Maurizio (where the characteristic antique fair is held monthly) and campo Santo Stefano, which hosts a famous street market every Christmas for the joy of adults and children alike. The apartment is very close to the venue of the celebrated Regata Storica that takes place in September every year. Piazza San Marco, which is the heart of the famous Venetian Carnival, is just a 5 minutes' walk. How to reach Residenza San Marco: from the Station, from Piazzale Roma or the  Tronchetto, by steamboat line 1 (stop at Sant'Angelo) and 2 (San Samuele- Palazzo Grassi).
