Faq

1) Is the price quoted per person?

No, the quoted price is per night and there is no charge for any extra persons.

 

2) Are animals allowed in the apartments?

            Yes, but only in a few apartments and we ask you to inform us if you have any pets in due time.

 

3) What happens if our plane/train is late?

            Check-in is guaranteed until 11.30 hrs but we ask you to inform us of any delays.

 

4) How do we collect the keys?

            When you make your reservation you will receive a voucher which will have the name of the person who will be meeting you on arrival in Venice and this person will contact you at least 15 days before your arrival in Venice.  You will be accompanied to the apartment where you will be given the keys once you pay the remaining balance.  If you have any other queries feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions.

 

5) What if the family has a newborn baby?

            Each apartment has a cot, nonetheless, you must inform us if you have a newborn baby so as to be sure that the cot is in place when you arrive.

 

6) Is the kitchen complete with all appliances?

            All the kitchens are equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glasses and cups as well as a toaster, microwave and all that is necessary for your stay.

 

7) Do I have to bring sheets and towels?

            No, the apartment is supplied with sheets, blankets and towels for the amount of guests arriving.

 

8) What if I need something else during my visit?

            Contact the person who accompanied you to the apartment and he will try to accommodate your requests.

 

9) What do I have to do to make restaurant reservations, book a baby-sitter or book an excursion?
